What is stored on your device
The matrix saves task identifiers, titles, notes, quadrant choices, colors, and completion state in this browser’s local storage. The planner saves the week, activity titles, days, times, and durations. These records are not sent to an application database, and no account is required.
Local storage is limited to the browser profile and site origin where you use the tool. It is not an encrypted vault. People with access to your device or browser profile may be able to read it. Avoid entering confidential, patient, financial, or other sensitive information.
Sharing and downloaded files
A share link contains a compressed snapshot of task data in its URL. Compression is not encryption. Anyone who receives the link can read the included titles, notes, and other task fields. The URL can also remain in browser history and hosting access logs. Do not use share links for confidential information.
CSV, JSON, and PDF files are created or printed in your browser. You decide where to save or send them. This site cannot revoke a file or a link once another person has a copy. Exported files are not automatically uploaded by the application.
Requests, analytics, and advertising
Visiting the site sends ordinary web requests to its hosting provider. Those requests may include an IP address, browser information, and the requested path or query. The provider may process operational logs under its own policies. This application does not add analytics scripts, advertising pixels, affiliate tracking, or marketing cookies.
The application does not connect to Google Calendar, email, or other external accounts. Outgoing reference links lead to sites with their own privacy practices.
How to remove your data
Use your browser’s site-data controls to clear local storage for this domain. Loading Empty matrix clears active matrix tasks, but stored weekly plans remain until site data is cleared. Keep any backup you need before doing so.
Private browsing, storage limits, browser cleanup, or changing devices may remove your records. We cannot recover local tasks for you. Export a JSON backup for matrix restoration and a weekly record for plans you need to retain.
Questions and updates
A public contact address has not been configured yet. The Contact page will display a verified channel when one is available. Changes to the data flow require an update to this policy before those features are enabled.
